Hello Aspirant,
Yes, in IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) counselling, Round 2 usually starts after the first round withdrawal period. There is a cutoff date for withdrawing the fees after Round 1 that the university determines. If, after Round 1, you do not withdraw the fees by then, you will not be refunded the fees later - even if you opt out of any more rounds. It is key to follow the IPU schedule carefully so that you do not lose your seat, or money, while waiting.
Hello Mahitha,
At an 88.57 percentile in JEE Main, a CRL rank of 168000 and an EWS Category rank of 24000, the likelihood of receiving CSE or other top branches in NITs/IIITs through CSAB counseling are almost negligible, especially for general/open category seats. Hello aspirant,
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) is expected to make an announcement shortly on the NEET 2025 counseling procedure. With the exception of the final round, known as the institute reporting process, in which candidates must physically visit the designated institute to complete the admissions process and verify their documents, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the NEET counseling process online.

Hello Amit Kumar,
Yes, you might still have an opportunity for admission into VIT-AP with a specialization in CSE in the SC category despite a rank of 219067. Since you missed regular counseling, please go straight to the VIT-AP admission office and inquire about spot round options, or if there is any opportunity in the management quota. In the SC category, sometimes students obtain seats as late as a second and/or special admission phase. This is particularly true in new campuses like VIT-AP, and there often are SC category options available. Your home state of UP will not impede any eligibility, but you need to act quickly.
For EAMCET (now EAPCET) verification of certificates, you will need study certificates (the study certificate proving local/non-local) from Class 6 to Intermediate as proof of your local/non-local status. If you do not have the Class 6 study certificate, try to get a Bona-fide/Study Certificate from your school. If you can't, check with the helpline center if they will consider an affidavit or some other type of proof. It is a bad idea to hide or ignore documents unless you have confirmed that you can.
With your 76 percentile in MH CET 5-Year Law 2025, SC category and assuming Maharashtra domicile, you have a decent chance to get into ILS Law College, Pune. While cut-offs vary every year the last few years have shown SC domicile candidates with cut-offs around the low to mid 70s can get into ILS Law College, Pune. But final admission will depend on overall competition, seat matrix, and preference filling. Check here for more information: MHT CET marks vs percentile 2025
