Hello Saniya, admission to B.Sc. Nursing under KNRUHS is usually based on merit, and most of the time, EAMCET is not mandatory for nursing courses. Many colleges under KNRUHS admit students based on their Class 12 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, provided you meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Since you have 94.8% in 12th and belong to the OBC category, your chances are strong under the quota system. The fee structure varies by college—government colleges are more affordable, with fees around 20,000–40,000 per year, whereas private colleges can charge 70,000–1,20,000 annually. Quota counseling usually happens after the main merit list, so keep an eye on KNRUHS’s official notifications. Make sure to apply on time and keep your documents ready.
Thank you,
Hello Naveen,
AP EAMCET’s second counselling allotment generally happens a few weeks after the first counselling process ends. While the exact date for 2025 will be announced by APSCHE on their official website, it is usually scheduled in August or early September. You will need to complete your choice filling, document verification, and payment before the allotment date. Once the allotment order is released, you can download it from the AP EAMCET portal using your hall ticket number and password. Keep your login details handy and check the website daily during that period. Missing the deadline can cost you your seat.

Thank you, and I hope you get the college of your preference !
Hello Rahul,
A rank like 992,696 in NEET unfortunately makes it difficult to get admission to a BDS seat in Rajasthan through government quota, as the cut-off ranks are much lower. Government colleges usually close admission at ranks below 2–3 lakh for BDS under the general category, and even for reserved categories, the closing ranks are far below your current position. However, you might still have options in private dental colleges under management quota, where admissions are based more on eligibility (qualifying NEET) rather than rank. Keep in mind that management quota fees are significantly higher around 2.5– 4 lakh per year for BDS in Rajasthan. You may also consider dropping a year and preparing again to improve your rank. Thank you,
Hello Kavya,
If you did not choose any options during the choice filling after KCET Round 1 allotment results, it means you did not lock any preferences for that round. In such cases, you will not be allotted a seat in Round 1, and your participation will automatically be considered for the next round, provided you complete the choice filling for that round. However, if you miss choice filling in all rounds, you will not get any seat through KCET counselling. My suggestion is to always participate in each round, even if you are waiting for a better option, because you can upgrade later.
Thank you!
Hello Ashutosh,
If you have completed your UPTAC counselling verification with the correct Class 12 board, school name, and original marksheet - and the statuses were "passed" or you verified as a "pass" when the online document verification showed "passed" - the incorrect information in the JEE application (whether the board name, school or school type) should not lead to cancellation at physical reporting.
During physical reporting, the institutes are primarily checking that the original documents correspond to the verified documents in the counselling. Since you would have included the information to provide in the UPTAC verification, and it was accepted, you should be okay. Just ensure to carry along the originals and the UPTAC verification slip so that you can without hassles.
Hello,
PGIMS Rohtak usually conducts its own entrance or follows state-level exams for B.Sc Nursing admissions, and previous year question papers can be a great help in preparation. These papers are typically available through the official university website or you might find them in nursing exam preparation books. or in educational websites. My suggestion is to combine previous year papers with mock tests to strengthen your preparation.

If you got a seat in KCET counselling but have decided not to join and instead take a drop, then after the choice entry ends, the seat is usually automatically considered as not joined if you don’t report or pay the fees. It will be returned to the pool for the next rounds or cancelled. For the next year’s counselling, there is generally no penalty or restriction just because you didn’t join the allotted seat this year—KCET allows you to appear fresh each year if you meet eligibility. However, you must make sure that you don’t officially accept the seat and then fail to attend classes, because in some cases colleges may ask for a small seat cancellation fee if admission was confirmed. If your aim is to prepare better and get a better rank next year, you’re safe to do so.
All the best for your preparation! Thank you.
Hello Sweta!
With an ST category rank of 67029 in NEET, getting an MBBS seat in a government medical college might be challenging because the number of seats for ST candidates is limited, and the cut-offs for even reserved categories have been rising. However, you still have chances in certain private medical colleges under ST quota, and possibly in deemed universities if you are open to higher fees. It’s also worth checking if you can apply in other states under All India Quota for ST seats, as some states have lower cut-offs depending on the competition.
