Since you resigned from Round 1 of MP NEET UG counselling, you need to register and pay the fee again for Round 2. You cannot directly enter the DME portal without re-registration. if you got an RT in your improvement exam, you are not eligible for DTU through JAC Delhi counselling, even if your other marks improved.actually RT means you have failed that subject's theory paper and JAC Delhi requires candidates to pass all necessary subjects.

EWS certificate is valid only for one financial year (from 1st April to 31st March).
So, if you have an EWS certificate for 2023-24, it cannot be used for 2024-25 or 2025-26.

You need to apply for a fresh EWS certificate every year whenever you need it.
It cannot be carried forward or skipped for one year and then renewed later.

So yes, you must get a new certificate issued for 2025-26 when required.
