I got 10th rank in EWS home state category in NLSIU Banglore. But the cut off of HS EWS CATEGORY is 8 in first round councelling. I be able to get any seat in further rounds?

Yes, you still have a realistic chance. Since your rank is 10 in the EWS Home State category and the first-round cutoff closed at 8, the gap is very small. In subsequent counselling rounds 2nd, 3rd, and vacancy rounds, seats often open up due to withdrawals, upgrades, or candidates choosing other NLUs. Home State and EWS seats especially see movement. While it’s not guaranteed, your chances are quite good, so you should definitely stay in counselling and not exit.
