For NDA 2 2026, the required date of birth is between 2nd January 2008 and 1st January 2011. Since your date of birth is 1st January 2007, you do not meet the age criteria for either exam.

sir/mam, I got 388 marks in neet exam will I get any government medical colleges in all india quota. Im basically obc category

Ayush Madanpotra 26th Jul, 2025

You got 388 marks in the NEET exam and you belong to the OBC category.

Yes, you have qualified for NEET because the minimum qualifying marks for OBC category is around 113 to 143. So, you are eligible to take part in NEET counselling.

But for getting a seat in a government medical college through All India Quota, the cutoff is usually much higher. For OBC category, students usually need at least 590 marks or more to get a government medical seat under All India Quota.

So with 388 marks, it is very difficult to get a seat in any government medical college through the All India Quota. Even in state quota, most government colleges need around 530 to 570 marks or more for OBC category.

You can still take part in counselling, but the chances are very low for government medical colleges. You may get a seat in a private or deemed university if you are open to that option.

Keep checking for counselling updates and take part when registration starts.

Abhilasha Agrawal 28th Jul, 2025

With 388 marks OBC category, you have a slim chance of getting a government MBBS seat in Karnataka, mostly in less preferred colleges. You can get a seat in state counseling rounds and mop-up rounds, where cutoff may drop.

With 74 percentile in MHT-CET PCM and OBC category , you have a fair chance of getting branches like IT,AI,ML,Data science,ENTC in Mid-level engineering Colleges in Maharashtra. Getting CSE in top colleges may not be possible as their cut-offs are usually above 85-90 percentile.but you might get it i some  private or regional colleges in later rounds.

Here are the possible colleges where you may get a seat in branches like AI,IT,ML,Data science and ENTC:

• Dr.D.Y. Patil School of Engineering,Lohegaon,Pune

• Vidyalankar Institute Of Technology, Mumbai (For ENTC or IT in later rounds)

•Sinhgad Institute of Technology,Pune.

•St.John college of Engineering, Palghar.

You may get AI,ML,ENTC in these colleges ITor CS may be tougher but possible especially in later rounds.

Mera marks DDU me 200me se 64 h to ho sakta hai kya

sadafreen356 27th Jul, 2025

64 marks out of 200 are not enough for admission in DDU (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University). Usually, for admission in DDU, students have to score more than 100 marks out of 200, and for some courses, this number can be 150 or more. 64 marks are too low and the chances of admission are very low.

So, if you want to take admission in DDU, you have to try again next year and score more marks. You can check the admission procedure and cutoff marks on the university website.

what to do after completion of integrated MSc course in basic science ??

Nikita shahi 26th Jul, 2025

After completing your Integrated MSc in Basic Sciences, you’ve got a few good directions to consider. If you’re research-inclined, go for a PhD in India like in IISc, IITs, or JNCASR or even apply abroad. If you prefer jobs, look into scientific research roles in CSIR/DRDO/ISRO, or even teaching jobs in colleges after clearing NET or SET exams. Alternatively, explore roles in data science, science communication, clinical research, or patent analysis—all fields that value analytical skills from science grads.

Thanks for your thoughtful question and good wishes ahead!
