The obc ncl certificate i uploaded in my cat application shows my gender wrongly(a mistake from the issued authorities), will my cat application get rejected with this mistake, if not, will i be still considered as obc,as all other details in certificate is correct otherthan than this mistake.

Since, you cannot correct your personal details through online application correction window of CAT, you will have to inform the CAT Examination authority directly about the situation.
