Upload the application receipt/ acknowledgement if possible as most authorities allow you to submit the actual certificate later during the document verification stage.

Missing the deadline is worse than missing the certificate (Something is better than nothing). So don't miss the deadline and fill the form.

With a rank of 2376 in the outside Delhi category, getting into MAIT in spot round 1 itself is a good sign. For VIPS in spot round 2, the chances are low because VIPS usually closes at a much lower rank in the outside Delhi quota. Still, you can keep it in your preference list, but be prepared that getting VIPS may not be very likely.

The CTS demand draft after allotment in a private medical college has to be prepared in the name of the respective authority conducting the counseling, not directly in the name of the college. The exact details like the name and payable branch will be mentioned in the counseling brochure or the allotment letter.
