If you are asking about admission to Goa Institute of management, admission is done on the basis of CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, score/percentile.

 GIM Goa expected cutoff for CAT is 85 percentile and for XAT it is 80 percentile. So, as per your expected CAT percentile, you have chances to get a call from this college.

However, it should be noted that CAT percentile is not the only parameter for the selection procedure. Selection Procedure also include Past Academic Records, Qualification and Work Experience.
Your academic record in Class 10th and 12th is okay but it is less in Graduation.
