For +1 and +2 studies you will be provided a single combined certificate of +1 and +2 at the end of the +2 i.e class 12th. They won't ask your class 11th marks for attempting class 12th exam. Even for applying for JEE and CET exams, we need to show our class 12th certificate only.

For the entrance exams like JEE Mains/CET the 12th mark sheet holds more importance. The results of 12th must be given utmost priority. However, for future reference, 11th marksheet can be shown only in school premises for official work. But in case of competitive exams, 12th marksheet is required in times of admission in colleges and also in counselling sessions. For external exams of 12th (open)  11th marksheet might be asked to be shown  as an evidence of doing 11th from a particular institute.
