With a 13,000 rank in JEE Main, you can expect admission to top NITs, particularly in branches like Civil, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering. NIT Trichy, Warangal, and Surathkal are possible options. You might also get CSE or ECE in newer NITs or IIITs.
