Sorry, but no, you have very less chance of getting CSE DEPARTMENT in any NIT, IIIT or GFTIS.

Unfortunately no chances expected for CSE at at any of IIITs, NIT pr GFTIs.

However you can convert Assam University for Electronic Telecommunications engineering.

Good chances expected with private engineering colleges like following :
