The cut-offs in Delhi University specially in north campus are pretty high, for general categories students it's more than 95% ,even in a subject like political science the highest cut-off has been 99% in Hindu College, although you haven't specified about your preferred course, you can go through the previous year cut-offs for all the colleges and their courses by visiting the following link;
