Dear Sir/Ma'm, if you are passionate for studying medical, you can drop a year and prepare sincerely and dedicatedly for NEET 2020. You can also join MBBS abroad if it is economical for you and your parents. The choice is upto you. As of the fact, those who make through medical entrance exams, 70% are second timers.
