Congratulations on cracking NEET 2019. It Totally depends on The availability of seats In Respective State more no. of Seats are always Great. And another factor is other students too. Like if there are many aspirants for same course. Obviously competition will be more. As per your Marks and quota I assume you have good chances of getting BDS more preferably.
