Hello aspirant.
Yes you can definitely get a seat in MBBS college under reserved category as you have scored a decent marks to a seat.last years cutoff for SC category was found to be between 250-420.so this year also the cutoff may fall in a same range and so.you can easily get a college.But yes wait for the final cutoff to come.

Dear Anik, in 2018, under State Quota, 349 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College, Maldah under SC Category. That was the cut off. Murshidabad Medical College gave a seat to 351 marks. So you might have a shot at these 2 colleges. But it is a very close call. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
