Hello,

If you get 430 in NEET examination as a general category candidate then getting seat in government medical college chances are low. Because every year cutoff marks is changing basis of highest marks, students performance, college. So you have to target more marks in NEET. Because general category cutoff 50th percentile. Last year the Highest marks is 720. So you have to get minimum 500 up. Then may be you will get chance to seat in government medical college in Karnataka.

All the best.
