through 15% all india quota you have less chances as the cut off is usually high , you might get into peripheral colleges in subsequent counselling rounds.

Its diffcult to predict college as you havent mentioned your state, category.

However as you know that cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
