Going with these marks and your score,you have fair chance to getting a seat .Having said that cuttoffs changes every year and dependent on various factors such as the difficulty level of questions paper and the numbers of students appearing in exam.

With 542 marks and belonging to obc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in UP as well as through AIQ in other states. As oer previous year the minimum cut off for obc in up under state quota was 429 marks of Lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical College. Here are few colleges of up with their previous year cut off for obc
