With 72 percent in 10+2 examination, I really doubt if you will be able to secure admission in University of Delhi, as the cutoffs generally go above 90% (usually above 95% in good colleges).
If you are from SC/ST/OBC category, then there are chances that you can get admission in arts courses.
Otherwise, I advise you to fill application forms in other central universities.
