Hello Darshil
To score 110-120+ in JEE Mains requires a lot of working for it. These marks can take a student to the next level- Advanced giving a full chance to take admission in the best Universities' by clearing the exam level.
However, a lot of practice working is required. You should be thorough with the NCERTs first. The basics- the concepts should be crystal clear. With this, the question practicing is a must in order get an idea of the paper-pattern-level + the logic where and when to be applied. The more you'll practice.. the more confidence you'll gain in solving the questions correctly and in less time. Refer standard material for the preparation.
Physics- HC Verma (best book for clearing your basics), DC Pandey, Universal Errorless
Chemistry- O P Tandon, inorganic chemistry by JD Lee
Maths- RD Sharma
Do refer NCERT first and then any reference books from the above mentioned. Do not go after so many books.. instead refer limited- standard and quality material.
Try to make notes and prepare formulae chart.. as this will help you till the end for easy and quick revision. You can solve MCQs topicwise based on the formulae chart prepared.
Hope you're getting my point.!
So prepare well and study smart.! Keep high target and focus on achieving it .. so that atleast you can score near to it or even more.. which will surely benefit you.
Good Luck.!

If you score 110 130 marks then your rank would be around 35000 this is not a very good range 35,000 students are above you therefore chances of getting into good NIT are low and there is no chances of getting a good branch in good  NIT  it is therefore you should target at least 160 170 to get some good college.

Please follow the given tips to score good marks
Look at the previous years question paper in find the common questions I must assure you that you will be able to find at least 10 such questions which are common that is that type of questions are asked from last 5 years therefore I get those questions and learn how to solve those questions I can give you the list of those questions these are one is from mathematical reasoning one is from Chemistry in everyday life one is on the centre of mass and also you will find if you search for them if you search then it would be better because it will help you to understand it in a better way.  Prepare the list of topics in which you are a strong and just focus on your strong topics and leave aside the topics which are difficult for you because this are only few days are left so if you even start a new topic which is difficult for you then I don't think that you can reach a certain level so that you can solve JEE MAIN problem therefore just focus on the strong part.Take help of mock tests in please give the mock test with highest level of seriousness because if you will remain serious then only you will get the real understanding of where do you stand and how much did you need to improve this also give you an idea of your time management .While appearing for the test first of all you need to accept it that you are going to score at least 180 marks therefore you don't need to solve or attempt all the questions only if you are kept 45 correct questions then also you will get 180 marks therefore whenever you attempt a question paper select questions which are easier because a lot of a students give a lot of time to the questions which at last that did not attempt for a  due to a lot of time given to that question so avoid this type of mistakes this questions are given to reduce your scores therefore be aware of this type of questions.
