    Yes definitely. With a NATA score of 130, you can definitely earn a good college. Though your JEE rank may not help much, as it is nearing 10k(since the cutoff generally closes around 5k) but you can still try for NITS. For NATA, you can try in all the top colleges as the percentile is pretty good.
