Hi Sarthak,
Cut-off rank for CSE in Manipal is usually between 6500-9000 it's really hard for you to get CSE in Manipal with this much rank.
Although there are some good streams too, for which you can go for at this rank.
Just go through the streams once.
There are many other possibilities other than CSE.
