Hello Vamsi!!
IIT/IIIT/NIT are the top institutions, mainly most of the students prefer to go for IITs and NITs. Regarding packages IIT has highest package of 1.4 crore per annum where as in NITs highest package is 1.3crore almost near. The salary you get will depends on your capability wherever you go.
