The B.Arch cutoffs are prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NATA/JEE Mains and also the percentage obtained in 10+2 exams.The intake capacity for PES University is 40 for B.Arch.16 seats are reserved for CET quota,18 for PESSAT quota and 6 for NRI/Foreign/Sposnored quota.So you can well understand that for the competition is tough.

Based upon the marks that you have scored it will be not possible for you to get any government college.However you can try for some of the private institutions.Regarding PES University as per the previous year trend the cutoff marks stand at 80.You have very less chances to get admission in PES.Only if there are vacant seats left after counselling then you can hope for.I would suggest you to apply for the private institutes where you have better chances of admission.
