Hi Vijay,
Hope you are doing well. It is not 3 choices but 4 choices. There will be 4 choices out of which you need to select only one choice. The first choice is for admission in allotted college, second choice is for holding the seat and going for the second round of seat allotment, third choice is giving up the allotted seat and going for the second round and fourth choice is just giving away the allotted seat terming as you don't require admissions through K-CET. The choice entry will be made available very soon, maybe within two or three days after the first round allotment results. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
