after completing bsc computer science(hons) with not studying maths as an elective subject, am i eligible for iit jam for msc computer science?

Yeah! You are eligible for MSc Computer science at IIT's. The basic eligibility criteria for IIT JAM is that you should have 55% marks or 6.5 CGPA in your Bachelors Degree.
