see the core subjects of b pharmacy includes drugs structure and their reaction in human bodies, however there is some process of manufacturing of medicine and other health related items , is related with chemical engineering, so being a chemical engineer you can join in the field of manufactures of pharmaceutics.

I have mentioned some masters course name which you may interested for as per your choice,

Master of Technology in Chemical Synthesis and Process Technologies

Post Graduate Diploma in Instrumental Techniques in Chemical Analysis

Master of Technology in Dyestuff Technology
