After Completing LLB, job roles offered are into Legal department with corporate finance, Legal advisors, Admin counsel, Attorney General, etc.

However investment banking is different ballgame requiring MBA fron top Colleges into Finance and General Management specialization.

The role of investment banker involves due diligence, Ratio analysis, Merger acquisition Planning, risk mitigation, etc.

Hence MBA from top 30 institute with Finance specialization is must.
