Yes you can do practice both in India as well as abroad . You need to give a test to practice abroad that is conducted in country you want to practice as a doctor.

Dubai,kuwait and Saudi ...Indian doctors with just mbbs and good clinical skills have ample opportunities and can expect heavy pay cheque.places like Singapore and Malaysia too employ Indian doctors but the work load is a lot.  Australia is another place for great research experience but it's requires you to clear AMC  if u wish to pursue MD/DM.
