Yes some amount of your security fees will be deducted. The amount depends upon the college norms . As once you reserved a seat for yourself, then no one else can try for that seat . Also the seat is wasted when you leave a reserved seat and take new .

You can participate in mop up round if you did not get a seat in the first two rounds .  And if you are not getting a seat in the first two rounds   , you refundable security deposit fee will be refunded to your bank account from which the payment was mafe but it might take a few days.

If you want to participate in the mop up round then you have to pay again to mcc council for the registration. 

The other amount of money you have paid as security will be refunded to you after some days on giving application to mcc.
