I registered for neet AIQ counciling if I want to participate in mop up counciling did I want to register another or what is the reg fee

You need to APPLY for 2nd round befor you go for mop up.
IT is Compulsory to apply for 2nd round For ADMISSION.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College

You have register for the first round and did not get any seat in that round and you use the upgradation to go in the second round and then if you did not get any seat in the second round you cannot go to the mop up round with same registration there is no upgradation option in round two.

So you have to register again for the mop up round.

Dear Reshmi, if you have registered for Round 1 of All India Counselling, you neednt register again for mop up round. Your initial registration is good enough. It is a one time registration for the entire process of All India Counselling which includes Round 1, Round 2 and mop up round. But you need to select colleges.
