First of all, dont panic.

As far as I know about DU admissions you can ask your college(whichever you have applied for) to make the details correct or the authorities to correct whatever you have filled wrong in the form.

However,  according to DU guidelines you cannot change that information later on. No modifications in the form are allowed once fee payment is made.
