The eligibility criteria for AIIMS B.Sc. Paramedical is as follows:

- The candidate should have qualified 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized university or Board.
- The candidate is required to have English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Maths in 10+2 .
- The candidate must have 50% marks secured in case of OBC/General/EWS category and 45% marks in case of SC/ST category.
