I would say that the all India Aakash test series are in the same difficulty level as the official NEET Exam. It is because most of the questions asked in Aakash are the previous year questions of NEET.

The questions are set really well in increasing order of difficulty with the increasing number of tests. So it is a good way to supplement your NEET Preparation.
