AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India to assess whether provisionally enrolled advocates or fresh law graduates have the aptitude to practice law. BCI has extended the application process of AIBE (XV) 15 until December 23. Now, the BCI Monitoring Committee has shared that AIBE 2020 will be held on January 24, 2021.
