There are two points to be remembered for NEET exam:
If you need to really pursue career in medical field, the Class 12 Board Marks do matter as you need to be on the edge of the knife while pursuing medical. The important concepts and its phenomena need to be remembered. For getting entry to a good medical college, your selection is decided only by your score you get in NEET as the minimum qualification criteria to apply for NEET is 50% , 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC. So, here Class 12 marks may not be a factor but you should be that much confident on any particular subject. And only you have to fulfill their qualification criteria i.e, a minimum aggregate of 50% in physics, chemistry and Biology in you +2 examination. That's it. Your selection is decided only and only by your score and especially by you rank in NEET.

The eilgibility criteria for Neet examination is you should passed  12th examination with science stream  in physics chemistry and biology with 50% for general category and 45% for obc/SC /st .Nikhil if you have get 49 marks in physics do get  worry because you should have 50% marks by adding three subject physics chemistry and biology you should score 150 marks out 300 . So do not take tension for that
