To be eligible for Neet examination the candidate should atleast score 50% and above marks .As t
Your aggregate score in PCB subject is not their and if you apply for improvement exam and you clearly get good marks then you will be eligible to apply for Neet examination.

Then you can appear in Neet when you clear in your class 12 th exam.that is you can appear in 2020.
