Hello,

Yes you are eligible for decentralized counselling in Jadhavpur University. Anyone who has given WBJEE and has a valid rank and admit card is eligible for spot round.

This year around 197 seats are vacant in UG courses. So you can seek admission in course of your choice. And it has nothing to do with first counselling round.
