I assume you are talking about getting admission into BITS through IPE marks. But  you can't get admission directly through IPE marks unless you are a board topper as there are only 3 ways to get  admission in BITS:

1)Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)

2)Direct Admission of Board Toppers

3)Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT)- [For citizens of a country other than India].

I recommend you to give BITSAT in order to take admission to BITS.
