Hello Sir.
To be eligible to take the NEET 2019 exam, if you belong to the unreserved category, you must not be more than 25 years of age. And if you belongto The reserved category and PwD candidates you must not be more than 30 years of age.
Considering this you do not seem to be eligible to take the NEET exam.
