Hello aspirant, 

Well according to last year's cutoff you might not have good chances of getting a government medical college via All India quota counselling.

But you may have chances of getting a government medical college state quota counselling. 

Kindly provide more information like a domicile and category for more information.

Last year's cutoff was 430. But you have a score pretty close to it. So you may have slight chance of getting a government medical college in Jammu and Kashmir.
