As per your query, firslty I would advise you that their is no need of getting worried on this . Authorities of mht entrance cell  take decisions after proper planning and considering all the factors They also know that students cant fulfille the eligibity without 12th exams results . They will take decision very wisely may be they will ask to provide 12th scores after mht -cet results or may be till then they will delay the exams . You just keep preparing with full dedication
