One of my relative is doing bsc biotechnology from Amity University and she also gave NEET exam this year and passed it with beautiful score of 540. The first year syllabus of biotech is similar to what you studied in class 11th and 12th . So the only extra subjects you have to study is physics and chemistry. So yes you can prepare for NEET and simultaneously pursue bsc. Infact this is a better option than dropping an year
