Here is the cut off for the SC category after 2nd round of counselling procedure (closest to the marks you have scored)-

1. Autonomous State Medical College, Basti- 453

2. Government Medical College, Jalaun- 457

You might be able to get a government college as Uttar Pradesh government has opened 9 new colleges. However, we can only predict the colleges you might be able to get in based on previous year cut off. Cut offs vary every year owing to various factors such as difficulty level of the paper, number of students who appeared for the exam etc. You do not have a chance of getting a government college in the 1st round itself, however, you might be able to get a seat after 2nd round based on previous year cut off given above.
