The application form for Vellore Institure of Technology Masters Entrance Examination [VITMEE] is to tentatively release int he fourth week of February. So, by the end of this month, expect the forms to be out. If released, as per schedule, it will last uptill the Third Week of May. Hvae your personal details, scanned passport size photo, scanned signature ready before hand so that you can quickly fill up the said application.
