It's quite difficult to predict marks required to get a seat in a medical college as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But as per previous year trends you should try to get at least around 450 to 500 to be on the safer side if you want to get a seat in a private medical college in west bengal for your mbbs.

For example, in neet 2018 ,404 marks got a seat in Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Purba Medinipur which is a private medical college in West bengal
