No, admission is not open now in hemvati nadan bahuguna garhwal region of Uttarakhand (HNBGU)

The admission is started from the Second week of June 2019 and last date of submission of application is form July , 2019....

But in website it is showing that admission are closed in hnbgu the date of filling the application form was till april 2019. so please tell me the correct details about when are the admission open for bsc biotechnology in this college. will it be entranced or merit based for this course.
