As per the official IIIT Gwalior site, the fact is very much correct that SC/ST students are exempted from the payment of tuition fees at IIIT Gwalior. It is applicable in all the courses offered in IIIT Gwalior. It is one of the very few IIITs which do provide fee exemption which is very uncommon among IIITs.
