My daughters category rank is 38482 in sc  bt there is no allotment in round 1 mbbs/bds  neet 2018 all india quota,if the rank is based on category rank...

Sorry sir but your daughter a rank is very low. I doubt she will get a state quota seat. You may however try management seats in Pvt and deemed universities.
