Yes the councelling of MBBS state and all India quota totally based on neet examination marks .
Not only for MBBS now the other professional courses like BDS , BHMS, BAMS etc are also based on the neet marks . So work hard and get your dream medical college.

Yes, on the basis of your score in NEET, you get an all India rank and a state rank. On the basis of state rank, you are eligible for counseling in the 85% state quota and on the basis of All India rank, you are eligible for counseling in the 15% all india quota.
